Last year, our bathroom was a morgue, complete with body bag, etc, and headless manaquin in the shower. I want something different, any ideas? Has a full tub/shower, etc. Also did a psycho/bates motel the year before. Someone posted to put red ? In the toliet tank, so everytime you flushed it was red...not sure what you put in to do that so it stays for more than one flush.

I had a batroom last year. stapled landscape fabric to the walls and ceiling and hung bats all over.
Behind the shower door (behind landscape fabric) I put little red lights grouped together in twos to look like eyes.
Replaced the vanity light with red bulbs. Played bat noises.

This year I did a murder scene with arms/legs/fingers floating in red water in the tub, blood splatters everywhere, and a couple of knives as well as a slashed head hanging from the water spicket.
Last year I did my bathroom up as a big spider web. I have a BIG spider that I put in the tub as well as a blucky that I wrapped up in webbing. Tons of little spiders, maybe some cheap bats. Red lighting and play the sound of spiders tapping/walking and you got a great creepy scene. A lot of guests refused to use the bathroom
. Also, I found something that works GREAT is tying some tiny spiders to fishing line, and taping it to the ceiling. The swing in the air movement!

I have made mine into a bat room too.. I hung large pieces of black and grey creepy cloth. It droops in places to make a cave-like feel and covers all the walls and ceilings. I tied black strings to the cloth so that they hang down and feel like webs when you walk through them. I hung a giant bat in the shower/tub area and lots of smaller bats throughout the room. I changed the lights to green and black light bulbs.. I tried to take a pic but the room is L shaped so I can't get one that shows the whole effect.. Good luck on your room!!
