Pumpkin carving contest? It could be pretty funny to see what your friends come up with lol. Also pictionary is always fun!

MrsNightmare, I just sent over the winking murderer game handouts that you requested. If you are interested, I also altered some horror movie posters for a "guess that movie" kinda game, the thread is here: Movie Poster Game lemme know if you want them too

Sounds like fun and a nice group size. Definitely check out the thread for Horror Movie Poster Quiz here on this section of the forum. She did an excellent job with it and I just love it. Sometimes it's hard to include so many people in a game but the poster quiz can easily handle any size really. I'm not so much into horror films and was surprised at how many I knew or guessed correctly, so I'm sure people won't feel entirely clueless if they don't go to see this type of film.

As far as the bobbing for apples goes, I remember doing that as a kid. I thought I would mention that these days when I hear it brought up, people are concerned about spreading germs, so not sure how popular it will be these days.

Oh, just saw HeatherR's post after I posted mine. Glad she posted the link to the poster quiz.

I like the one were you put a brown paper bag on the floor the ones that are around 18" tall or so. Each person take a turn trying to pick it up with their teeth. After everyone does it, you cut a inch off & so on till only one person can get it. Very fun if drinking.

Ghost of Spookie, I hear you with the bobbing! I have no intention of dunking MY head in a bucket of water (even if I was to go first), but MrNightmare wants to, and I'm sure the guys won't mind! Drinking alcohol will get rid of the germs right? I'm even going to make them like rain coats out of trashbags so they dont get their costumes wet... I LOVE the poster idea, but our party is planned for outside, since MrNightmare does an amazing graveyard, the number of people, and limited space. Plus, I really don't want to spend the next day with the carpet cleaner! We dont have a digital frame, it would have to be done on our TV, which isnt getting taken ouside... We are in a small country town, so we dont have a Kinkos or anything to print the posters off... I might be able to make a little booklet, off a home printer... that is the direction I am leaning.... Any advice?

We are doing a pumpkin carving contest...a "bring your own carved pumpkin" contest...I made sure I added to make them scary, funny, or perverted...hopefully there will be some creative ones...we are also doing the horror movie poster quiz - gonna burn the pics to a CD and play it on a DVD player with forms to complete...we're doing Tempt Your Fate...haven't gotten it quite complete yet...We are also doing the Winking murder game and an icebreaker as people walk in - they have to guess the horror movie name that's on their back by asking other guests only question that can be answered with a yes or no answer.
