Hi everyone. I've got a bit of an unusual dilemma!

I love party games - I think they get people talking and create a nice atmosphere. However I appear to have thought of too many games for my hallowe'en party and I need you guys to help me whittle it down!

All of the games are as follows:

    * Tempt Your Fate (the classic game, with prizes and forfeits. This will be going on throughout the party and will be optional, so people don't have to participate if they don't want to)
    * Spooky Story Competition (with a prize for best story)
    * Horror Characters game (ice breaker - I thought we could do this when guests first arrive, to get them interacting. Each guest will recieve a slip of paper with a horror character on it, and certain words associated with the character they are not allowed to say. The idea is that they have to get the other guests to guess what character they are - without using the forbidden words. So eg if you were Dracula, you'd have to describe your character without using the words 'Dracula' 'Vampire' 'Blood' 'Bram Stoker.' etc)
    * Haunt or Hoax - Showing 'real' and fake ghost photos and getting people to guess which are the haunts and which are hoaxes.
    * Hallowe'en Trivia - a Trivia quiz I made up, with a local twist asking questions about local ghost sightings and hauntings etc.

What I want to know is...would you do all of them? I think 5 might be too many. I don't want the time to be completely regimented, you know? If not, which would you do and which would you get rid of?

Me personally, I'd do three of them: the Tempt Your Fate, the Icebreaker and the Trivia game.

Icebreaker is good for getting things going

Tempt Your Fate is good as it can run throughout the entire party and folks can play or not since it's not mandatory participation.

Trivia game after things get going or during a lull in the party atmosphere.
