    Hi guys,
I'm looking at having a themed board game (or two) out for my guests to play while socializing at my bash this year. I know, some of you might find this kinda lame, but my group of friends and I will make it fun! Do any of you know of any kind of board game (recent or older) that is readily available on the market that we could play? I WILL NOT play ouija, I've heard too many bad things about it, I just don't think it would be a good idea. That's about the only thing I won't do, though. Anyone got ideas? Also, if possible, could you list where I can find the games? Thanks!!

I'm a big board game fan, and knew I needed one for my party. I just spent all morning researching Halloween appropriate board games!

I went off this website for ideas: http://www.boardgamecentral.com/game...een-games.html

Then read reviews of the games here: http://boardgamegeek.com/

I decided to go with the game Gloom. It's a simpler game, and I don't think I would have been able to get some of my less enthusiastic friends to play the more complicated RPG-esque games. It's very dark humor and has a heavy focus on screwing over the other players, which seemed like a good type of game to mix with alcohol and a Halloween party.

I also bought a deck of these cards: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Gypsy-Witch-Fortune-Telling-Playing/dp/0880790415/ref=sr_1_1?s=gateway&ie=UTF8&qid=1285531123&sr=8-1"]Amazon.com: Gypsy Witch Fortune Telling Playing Cards (0073854000625): U S Games Systems: Gateway[/ame] to use as the deck of cards in case we play the drinking game Circle of Death. I'm sure at some point someone will dabble in the fortune telling aspect of the cards as well.

I think there could only be one game that is perfect for Halloween: Operation!! The only change is that if this an adults only party, when someone gets buzzed, they have to take a shot of something.
