Hi there! I am going to try and find the witches finger pan at Michaels. I would like to do a test run this weekend....does anyone have a good recipe for these?? Thanks so much!

I know that someone posted one here. I just can't remember who. I bought the witches finger pan from Michael's last week with a 50% coupon. I really wish that I would have bought two of them. I noticed that it has a recipe on the back, too. I will be watching for a tried and true recipe on this thread.

I am absolutely useless when it comes to technical things - sorry I can't just post the link to the recipe.

Mrs Nightmare posted the recipe on 09-02-2010 in a post called "Creepy Witch Fingers" - right now it's on page 4 or 5.

That's the same recipe I use, but I don't know if it will work the same with the cookie pan.

what about using the recipe that is printed on the label attached to the pan? I was going to try that one. I think some of the recipes have a tendency to expand so I wouldn't want those in the pan.

I used the Martha Stewart recipe (check site) and I didn't use a pan. Honestly - it was very easy to do if you don't want to buy the pan.

P.S. If I was doing them again, I'd make them thinner prior to baking......

Mhooch...on your recipe, do you use baking powder or soda, or omit both ?
