Thread: Need Help With Video Invitation

I would really like to do a really cool video invite for our Halloween party this year but have no clue where to start. Would love any help I can get!

I made it with Movie Maker and a bunch of pics. My son and I wrote the "storyboard", chose the pics and sketched out the ideas for the text.

Once I laid in the music track, the fades and wipes and stuff was pretty easy to time out once you get the hang of shifting stuff around on the timeline.

You could use some good tunes - midnight syndicate is a fave... black backgrounds, scary pics and evil fonts.

I like to make video invitations, although mine are closer to video compilations (too much time on my hands). They're done on iMovie for Macs, nothing special. I'll send you a link to my second one, I'm working on my third now!
