I have written a Halloween cookbook called Hungry Halloween and I also write a blog featuring imaginative Halloween recipes. I just posted a recipe for vampire pizzas in this forum. Currently on my blog, I have recipes to create a Werewolf Cheesecake, Black Cat Rice Krispie Treat Pops, a Frankenstein spinach/artichoke dip, a chocolate rat, lung shaped calzones, a creme brulee p-eye (decorated to look like a bloodshot eye), witch shaped crackers and a moon dip, and hand-burgers. More recipes will be posted as Halloween approaches. I am a chocolatier and I just created some delicious chocolate pumpkin truffles. The recipe is my newest post. I'm thinking of turning the pumkin filling into a pumkin mousse for my party this year. I'm just going to whip some cream and fold it into the pumpkin ganache. I think I'll serve it in pumpkin shaped chocolate bowls.
