I've come up with the wording for my Facebook invitations that I'll be sending out in a few hours... after me and my boyfriend argue over the guest list
Trick or treat, smell my feet... Give me something good to eat.
If you don't, I don't care... I'll pull down your underwear!
Time to whip out the nostalgia! For the 6th annual Halloween party, we're celebrating Halloweens past.
Halloween specials, cartoons, and videos from a time long since past will be played throughout the night.
Bring Your Own Pumpkin! Guests are invited to bring a small pumpkin along. We'll have a craft table set up for you to either carve or paint your spooky squash. Best pumpkin at the end of the night wins a prize!
Prizes will also be awarded for various games throughout the night. Be prepared to do some tricks for your treats!
Costume Contest is back with a special new category: Most Nostalgic!
Other categories include: Scariest, Funniest, Most Original, and Best Overall
And, of course, there will be plenty of food and candy to go around!
So bring your childhood back from the grave and join us for a fun-filled fright night!
***PLEASE RSVP (or RIP) BY OCTOBER 16TH.
Oh, and however contradictory this may be.. Adults Only, please! ♥
So.. does this sound inviting? Should I include more of what's going to be available? For instance, I'm planning on setting up a Frank N. Stein autopsy table that most of us remember as kids.. You know, peeled grape eyeballs, wet spaghetti noodle intestines.. that kind of stuff. I kind of wanted that to be a fun surprise, but it might make my group of friends want to come even more.
Should I turn it all into a poem?
Any suggestions are welcome!

Heck yeah I'd come!

I like it and I would keep the autopsy table a secret. You don't need to put all the goodies out there... an invite is a teaser of sorts.

Linus: You've heard about fury and a woman scorned?
Charlie Brown: Yes, I guess I have.
Linus: Well that is nothing compared to the fury of a woman who has been cheated out of tricks or treats!

Sounds like so much fun.....wish I would get an invite like that I would be there early and even offer a helping hand! I also agree with everyone over keeping a few things secret, that really adds to the fun.
Sounds like a really GREAT party.....
