How about pumpkin decorating - like with the foamies from Michael's?
Is it Halloween yet?

im doing the same thing. mine will have a few different ages as well, but mostly 3-4 yr olds. i was thinking:
pumpkin decorating as mommyto3 suggested but with real pumpkins (the little ones)
pin the nose on the pumpkin
cupcake decorating
monster mash dance (freeze dance)
and at some point take a picture of each child individually or a nice group shot to send as my thank you for coming notes.

last year I had a few games
one was a big hit the spider ring toss game
http://www.buycostumes.com/Inflatabl...uctDetail.aspx
pin the nose on the pumpkin
pumpkin bean bag toss game, line up some pumpkind different sizes and toss bean bags into the top
now that I have a house this year , in the backyard im going to do like an easter egg hunt, using pumpkin candy containers.
Renting a ball pit or jumper is my plan aswell
