So once again this year I am doing my own twist of the Tempt your fate game. Last year I had balloons that people would pick if it was a good fate they got a scratch off lottery ticket if it was bad they had their choice of a Brain Hemmorage Shot or to eat a chocolate covered bug.

This year Im having my husband make a spinning wheel similar to wheel of fortune. And I will stick with the scratch offs but I need more ideas for bad fates the bugs are cool but its been done so I need new ideas. Everyone knows each other so going up to strangers and singing or anything like that is pretty much out, plus this group is more the nasty shot/bug eating group. Any ideas?

How about giving wedgies, make them reveal an embarrassing secret about themselves, kiss a member of the same sex, sheesh... so many evil things to do so little time!

Some things I have done in the past:
Had a pair of handcuffs and they had to handcuff themselves to the next person to talk to them for 10 min.

Had to say "That's what she said" every time someone spoke to them for 10 min.

Had a pair of sexy undies to wear until someone else got that fate

Had a pretty pretty princess tiara and wand to wear until someone else got that fate

I think that is all- the timed ones got harder to enforce as people got more drunk, but they all made for some good laughs and some pretty great photos too. It also encouraged people to play early- you didn't want to be the last one to get the hot-pants fate- or you'd be stuck in them the rest of the night.

We made them sing a well known Halloween song. I had printed up the words to them. We had the mic set up to the tv or stereo and they had to belt it out. We used songs like the Munsters, Addams Family theme songs, Monster Mash (and the dance), Thriller (complete with moves), etc.

I actually found a site that listed a lot of these songs complete with the lyrics to print out.

we've had lots of bad fates...some off the top of my head:

*smell the breath of the person to your left
*eat some of our dogs food
*go commando for the night
*demonstrate your favorite "position" with the first guest that arrived to the party (make note of who that was)
*lick the floor
*name 5 people from the party that you would have a "good time" (am i allowed to say orgy?) with
