In the UK, we have one of the world's top chefs, known for creating weird and wonderful food (snail porridge, egg and bacon ice cream). He is Heston Blumenthal.

He has a series on Channel 4 here at the moment, and his latest program was a Gothic Feast.

In the bowels of a dank dungeon, Heston's dishing up a Dracula inspired, blood drenched starter, a gruesome corpse-carried main course and a titillating dessert, in honour of the Marquis de Sade.
