The head would look good on top of a pile of spaghetti. Oh so many ways to serve hands and body party. Could have a Hannibal theam. Leave it to my son to one up me when it comes to Halloween.

I would recommend, if you're going with the body parts theme, that you take a look at Instructables - Make, How To, and DIY site. This is where I go for most of my recipe ideas.
For example, Finger Food

I'm pretty sure that there's another thread that was started awhile ago about this baker. Not sure if the post was in this section or maybe under general halloween. He does amazing work. I seem to remember reading a more detailed story about him. Interesting guy.
Found the previous thread I remember reading. Check out the link for the story I was referring to. Here's a video of people in the bakery looking at the goods and it shows the artist working on a face:
