Pumpkin Pie Cake
1 29oz can pumpkin
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 cup butter melted
chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix well pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spice.
Pour mixture into a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Sprinkle DRY cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture.
Pour melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
Sprinkle with walnuts and bake.
350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve.

That does sound fantastic...boy between your pumpkin cake and TK's pies I'm really craving something pumpkiney?? (is that even a word??)
As I was going up the stair, I saw a man that wasn't there.

This cake is sooooo yummy I made it last year for my Halloween party. I managed to sneak one small piece before it was gobbled up.
