First I want to say that you guys rock on here with all the ideas. I love this forum!
I am having a small Halloween party with about 10 friends. I have everything taken care of but games. I have searched and searched......I think I am doing the "yes/no" game and then Halloween Pictionary. Is there any other game that we can do with such a small amount of people? Also, there wont be all couples so that rules out the "newlywed" game. I'm thinking of ones where we can sit around and do. I know the guests coming and they would be more into that than "physical" games. lol
I know you specified not wanting "physical" games, but at my party this year, people really enjoyed this game. I placed ~15 props from Classic/Modern Horror Movies around my house (E.G. 2 crows for The Birds, Scream Mask for Scream, etc.). I then printed off sheets of paper with the list of which movies have references in the house, and my guests had to figure out what prop went with what movie. Of course I had more props than just the movie props - so it made it much harder. The winner won a Sweeney Todd DVD. Everyone enjoyed it . Best of luck!
we had our party this weekend and for the first time had a sit down dinner. we had 18 people total. one game we played was mr freeze. During dinner everyone had a piece of paper under their plates. One person was Mr freeze and had to freeze before dinner was over. the last one to freeze was the loser. it sounds pretty dull but its hilarious when 17 people are frozen and there is one person who STILL doesnt get it and is blabbing away. i had tears in my eyes from holding back my laughter (since i was frozen). just a thought.
