We are doing a tempt your fate game with a mini roulette wheel. I know someone posted before about having a wheel of "torture and despair" or something like that. Any ideas on how to do a tempt your fate game with the roulette wheel? Its alot of fates to think of if I do all the squares. Or should I do just black for bad fates, red for good? I'm trying to keep it simple. We are having a pirate theme so any ideas on PIRATE related fates would be appreciated as well!

Using black for bad fates and red for good fates sounds like it would be the easiest.
You could have two containers. One container with fates for people who landed on Black and One Container for people who land on Red. The fates can be written on folded pieces of paper and randomly selected from the corresponding container after the roulette wheel is spun. People can keep their fate or place the fate back in the container to be selected by another.
Or you can place the good fates in red balloons and bad fates in the black balloons. People can then select the appopriate balloon and pop it to see their fate (Idea mentioned in several threads, the links are included below)
People can keep spinning the Roulette Wheel unless they are killed.

Instead of giving out fates you can use this game to play truth or dare.
You can use red for truths. If they land on red they must choose and answer a question from the Chest of Truth. Before the game you can have everyone write at least one question for the chest of truth. As the host of the game, I would read the questions before placing in the chest to make sure they are clear and appropriate.
You can use the black for dares. If they land on black they must choose and preform a dare from the Chest of Daring. Before the game you can have everyone write at least one question for the chest of daring. As the host of the game, I would read the questions before placing in the chest to make sure they are clear and appropriate.
Or you can generate the list of truths and dares yourself.
Examples of Dares
Kiss A Wench
Choose a Captain of your Ship
Sing a Pirate Song
Create a new verse for a pirate’s life for me.
Do you best impression of Captain Jack Sparrow.
Swab the Deck
Dance a Pirate Dance
Drink a shot of Grog
Drink a shot of Rum
Create a Pirate name for your self
Create a Pirate name for your significant other
Create a Pirate name for a friend.
Wrestle a shipmate to the death (or until one of you gives up)
Steal an item from a guest without them realizing.
Give a piece of silver or gold away
Convince someone to give to a piece of silver or gold to you
Talk like a Pirate
Tell a pirate Joke
Sing Row Row Row Your Boat
Create a name for your ship
Run down the street yelling “I am a pirate”
Create a pirate themed pick up line and use it on someone you like
Pose Like Captain Morgan
