OK, so I'm doing my first Halloween Party this year and it happens to be combined as a housewarming party as it is our first house this year. I am known for doing some neat static set-up's but I want to take the next step and really blow the minds off of the friends and family coming to my party, I want to start a tradition of Halloween parties on an annual basis.
But for this year we are calling this party a Haunted Houswarming Party, there are so many people here with more experience then myself I thought I'd get some ideas.
I'm thinking of going with a traditional haunted house theme but running out of ideas and money.
What ideas are you using and what have you done so far? How many rooms? You could throw sheets on furniture, PVC candles add an errie glow, MP3 players (w/mini speakers) hidden around the house with whispers and children talking ( "I see dead people", "Come play with us, Danny") ,FCG floating candelabra. To keep people from going upstairs ,I have a hanging man in the stairwell. LIGHTING makes a huge impact and is cheap. There are so many things you could do it all depends on your time. This site has everything from easy to extreme builds.
