Help, I need gross looking finger food for my party for adults. I am planning on just putting out a couple of bite size snacks which I can preferably make in advance. I unfortunately have no molds and would like to make them look really creepy and not cheesy. I also need a kick ass punch recipe with alcohol.

Rat droppings....well they aren't really creepy. 1 pkg oreos beat to crumbs, 8 oz cream cheese softened. Mix together, form into balls and cover in chocolate.

Marzipan eyeballs, they can be made in advance and are easy to paint, although time consuming. You can also put a maraschino cherry in the center, soaked in alcohol or plain, and that helps give it a red gooshy center. A good quality marzipan does make a difference in the taste. If you want truly disgusting food that is really edible go with dried mealworms. You can get them at Hotlix.com online and they don't taste bad at all. Here is a website with some more normal Halloween recipes.

The brain jello molds are always a nice disgusting treat! This year I'm doing shrimp dip in mine.

I always make a batch of witches brew with the main elements Hurricane, 7 Up & Hawaiian Punch. I also mix in different flavors of pucker, some tequila & rum. Taste test as you go to make sure it tastes good. Fresh fruit is great in it as well. It is a very sweet drink but very good... But be aware it does taste like juice if done correctly & can easily creep up on people.
