So I decided to try this out before having it at the party and it is so freaking good I cant believe it! The one thing I do suggest is use thick cut bacon, when using the regular cut all you taste is chocolate and its really hard to dip it without breaking the strip.

My hubby loves bacon so I started putting it in my homemade chocolate chip cookies

and now he won't eat them without it. I will have to try this though do you have a recipe / directions?

I cut the bacon in thirds and then put it in the oven on a foiled lined cookie sheet at 400 until crisp. I flip them once. Then I melt a bag of chocolate chips in a doupble boiler. When the bacon is done, I put it on some paper towels to get the grease off, then dip on the melted chololate. Put un the fridge to firm up. Very easy and fast.
