Here are pics of my 2009 party invite. It's a vampire themed party hence the blood. I borrowed some lines from the creative minds on this site for the text and used vials, corks, postcard paper, twine and fake blood and "VOILA".

Been putting them together one at a time & hand delivering them (I don't make it easy on myself). The only thing I may add is a spot of blood on the actual invite if I can figure out how to do it without making a mess.

Even without the blood, your invites look GREAT! =)

In lieu of a spot of blood, how about using a wax seal?

Thanks for the compliments. I tried the blood splatter thing, it didn't work well. I love the idea of a wax seal but I already started giving some out and I'm anxious to get them all out so I can focus one food & decor now.
