No Not cloth....papier machie. Lots of old newspaper, cardboard, white glue, paint and topped off with glitter.
As over here we struggle to find things to decorate our Halloween trees with I have been racking my brain trying to think of what I could make. As I want everything Witch themed this year I thought...why not lots of little hats. They are only about 3 inches tall and don't weigh too much so they should hang on the quite nicely.

I love them. If you have not already you should post the pictures in the craft section too.
I don't mean to alarm you but your insides look very Halloweeny.
