I had stuff like what FG suggested, too. The only thing was, we had to lower it because people who were in the same room as the stereo wanted to chat instead. So, we will be moving the stereo into the dining room this year, where there are no comfy couches where people like to congregate and chat. I was so mad no one got to really enjoy the music last year! After all that hard work of making playlists, too. hrmph!

I don't know what I was thinking when I did the earlier post. Apparently I misread things a little. Sorry

If you want some truly-creepy slow songs, you could try Midnight Syndicate and Nox Arcana; both groups are basically 'dark classical music', for lack of a better description. You might become addicted and listen to them year-round, though

You're welcome, Firedancer. Both groups' CD's are very reasonably-priced, too-- Midnight Syndicate's are $14 and Nox Arcana's are $10, both of which include shipping
