Okay...dilemna....Saturday is the big party....

It is suppose to rain all day Saturday...no other day of course...just Saturday...

Well the party is inside...so that is okay...

but the scary actors are outside...how do I scare the kids in the rain? they will be running to get in the door not looking at the scary monster coming up next to them....I thought about putting a tarp up to the entrance...but that will take away from the effect....

Same problem here. Not rained for weeks, and no forecast to do so, oh yeah, except saturday of course.

My guests will only be outside for a small duration so i'm just hoping the rain either isn't too bad or doesn't happen.

The only thing i did think of like you said is tarp, i thought it would more help the effect though. It'd make people feel that uncomfortable feeling of things not being normal. Being in more of a darker enclosed space, you could really use some colored spotlights and such to make a killer mood if that were the case.
