My wife does catering and specialty cakes on the side; she scored her dream gig and did the best Halloween party in the Central New York area and had carte blanche to make whatever she wanted:

Left to right:
"Blood" red chocolate fountain
Vanilla meringue bones
Rosemary garlic breadsticks "fingers" with olive fingernails
Deviled egg "eyeballs"
Pumpkin peanut butter balls
Erszebet Bathory (chocolate w/ cherry, devil's food cake w/ raspberry) cake
Ghostly rice creepy treats covered with white chocolate
Raspberry brain mold
Ectoplasm covered (green frosting) popcorn balls
Skull shaped pepper jack cheese ball
miniature Amish pumpkin rolls with sweetened cream cheese topping

Between setting up and breaking this down and working on some first-ever props, I'm EXHAUSTED and it's not even time for the TOTs

Wish I had a shot without flash: the cake glows under the blacklight, the candelabras are flickering LEDs, and there is an LED strobe/spotlight mounted under the upper tier shining down on the lower tier.

Your wife did an excellent job...All that food looks amazing! LUV the red chocolate fountain.

The rosemary garlic breadsticks sound yum!

I think you guy are like me you need some helper. Boy I wish the kids were home again so They could help.
