I had my first-ever Halloween party last night for my daughter (who is 6) and her friends. I grew up with parents who threw costume parties all the time. But I hadn't done it yet by myself. I think it turned out great! I'm going to post some pictures of our decorations so that maybe you can use them, too.

I didn't make him for you!... He carries the Charles Atlas seal of approval.

It's not easy having a good time! Even smiling makes my face ache!

Love the pukin' pumpkin! I am going to plan on that for next year's Halloween bash. I think my adult guests will get a kick out of it, as well!

It was easy to do. I didn't even have to hollow out the pumpkin. But you don't get to put in a candle, either. I thought they were really fun. Thanks.

I did the hand in the punch thing too. Your's looks like some kind of mold. I used latex gloves with water, frozen. I washed them first, turned them inside out, and then filled them. They usually have talcum powder on the inside.

Hallowtheme: I used latex gloves as well (the kind without powder).
