Hi, this is my second year organising a Halloween street party in the UK. I am running three competitions this year, best costumes, best pumpkin and best dressed window.
I have been trying to think of criteria by which to judge the windows/houses to try and put an element of consistency in it. The prizes will be a bit of nothing but still trying to be fair. Its hard in the UK to 'buy' great stuff for decorating your house as it is not so popular over in the UK as the USA AND everything is either expensive or tut.
But I was thinking of things like
Number of homemade elements (seeing if the kids got involved rather than just the parents)
Number of elements in total (amount of effort)
Can anyone help me with ideas for criteria or am I over thinking it?
Thanks

Its simple....which wows you the most? Which is the most original? And that's it....(Maybe have 2 prizes: Most scary (wows you) and most original (or honorable mention category))
