Couldn't find my crockpot liners - ucky clean up today.
I asked someone to burn some disks for me Theme time travel so wanted 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's etc - Cd player broke, went out and bought a new one, it would not read the CD's.
Had an artifacts game, find the 9 artifacts from different eras, Guillotine, Electric Chair, Easter Island Heads, Declaration of Independence (copy was in the news paper in July), Mummy, Crystal Skull etc. Find Artifact, Match Inventor, circle the date. Had the numbers for artifacts wrong.
Another game, What year did this candy, song, movie come from. Had rubber duckies from different eras, had to glue washers to get them to float upright - pick duck - color of washer to match to the question. Lost printout with all questions, No ink in printer to reprint half way through party -couldn't use ducks, but still played with my computer and just the candy (That I had the actual candy for the prizes).
Didn't have our 'Parade of Costumes' - Get to get everyone on tape - just didn't happen.
Didn't get all costume prizes handed out. - Will still get them to people.
People turn on / off lights that ruined prop effects
Some people I expected didn't show.
End of the night guest freak out - to where the Police were called
Good Thing Most people didn't know any of it!

Holy cow! Sounds like a great party
. Sounds alot like my wedding 12 years ago. All kinds of stuff went wrong there. But me and the wife laugh about it now. And you will in time...

Found 10 lbs of potato salad that never even made it out of the lower level fridge to the party.
The front entrance way and graveyard candles never got lit.
Forgot to get Kerosene for the turbo heater until 2 hours into the event... had to have someone drive 20 minutes to find a place that was open at 9pm to get it.
about 29 of the RSVP guests didn't arrive due to a massive flu outbreak in the area
The weather was super cold so no one was able to enjoy the kiosks we had outside on the deck, under trees, etc... everyone was either in the house or the barn.
