So I'm down to the wire, and am consumed with decorations, RSVP's (up to 52 as of now, about 20 more than I expected would actually show), and am in full on panic mode at this point. I have the buffet table set up, and names for almost everything except two items. Below is what I have, along with the two I'm needing help with.

Weenies & Meatballs in BBQ Sauce = "Lorena Bobbit Stew" (we have a great crowd with an awesome sense of humor, anything goes here)
Chicken Wings = "Bloody Bat Wings"
Cheese & Crackers = "Fungus Amongus"
Bread Bowl w/ Spinach Dip = " Spinach Bat Barf"
Meathead w/ Pinwheels = "Pinwheel Pete"
Chips & Pice do Gallo = "Vampire Vomit"

The two items we're serving that I'm drawing a blank on are:

    Fruit (strawberries & grapes) w/ cinnomon/whipped cream dip = ?????????????
Veggies (carrots, celery, mushrooms, cherry tomatos) w/ basic ranch dip = ?????????????????

I'm really counting on you all now, as I still have to print, cut out, and put them in frames, among the other bazillion things I have to get done in the next 3 days!

    Pleeeease heeeeeellllp!!!

I can't think of anything for the fruit and the only thing I can off the top of my head is Vile Veggies, Venomous Veggies, and maybe dye the ranch with a few drops of green food coloring and call it puss dip or something. Sorry! Hope you think of something

    Thanks haunted Hannah!

I think I'm so overwhelmed with everything that I'm just drawing a blank. I'm usually pretty good at this kind of stuff. With everything else having names I don't want to have these two items to appear as a last minute oversight (which is technically what it is in reality!). I haven't printed any of the other food labels because I wanted to do all of them at once, so being stumped on this is really holding up the progress!

    Ok, this is kinda lame...

Ummm....Strawburies and Graves? Rancid Fruit in Rabid Froth? Forbidden Fruit?

I ACTUALLY think you should call everything these awesome freaky names you've created, but just call the veggies "Veggies" because they're intrinsically evil to start with. I think it'd be a fun contrast.

My wife also offers up "Bane Berries, Hag Berries, and Choke Cherries" which are all actual berries that sound a little spooky.

LOVE the "Strawburies and Graves"! It's final...that's what I'm going with. Big THANK YOU!

I'm embarrassed to admit I had to google "intrinsically" and even more ashamed to say I still don't really have a clear understanding of the definition. LOL.

At this point I may just put my trust in you and call them "veggies" in the interest of moving things along!

Would it make you feel any better if I told you I learned it from an old episode of "Fame". I could have just left it at "they're evil" but I got all these two dollar words lying around, I gotta use them somewhere.

I'm glad you found something you like, though. Hope it's an awesome party. You're making me hungry, (well until you brought up the vomit - er...nevermind.)

Oh yea...also meant to say...the fact that you learned it from "Fame", and I still don't know what the hell it means, actually doesn't make me feel better!!!
