    That sounds really good yummum!

My savory dishes this year are kind of simple.

Chili ( a simple recipe in a crock pot I do it every year, always gone)

Cream Cheese with Hot Pepper Jelly. ( the pepper jelly is blood red you pour it over top. I usually form the Cream Cheese into a brain or a skull or something) served with Water Crackers

Meatballs ( I just buy a bag of italian meatballs and pour a big can of tomato soup over top and let it cook, in a silver chafing dish) Served with tooth picks.

Baked Brie in Puff Pastry ( sometimes I pour raspberry preserves on top to make it sweet but this year I am keeping it plain) served with little toast rounds and apple slices.

Cheese plate ( I usually do 3 or 4 a nice cheddar, a blue...etc. I just put a plastic rat on the tray to spook it up.) served with black crackers, grapes and or figs.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms (these are so delicious and they look like something old and fungusy)

Guacamole with black tortilla chips ( I am actually doing the Skinny Girl recipe were you add mashed cooked peas to extend it, avocados are pricey right now! Plus it saves quite a few calories)

I may have to add yummum's recipe as well

Frozen Meatballs in a crockpot, add a jar of chili sauce and about 3/4 jar of grape jelly. SO easy and oh so delicious! My guests always tell me "we won't come to your party if you don't do your meatballs". LOL

Mizerella, your menu sounds fantastic! I decided to have a party last minute because my friend who was going to have one had to cancel hers and I am scrambling to plan everything. I will definitely be using some of your great ideas!

That'd just be glad to find you.

This is pretty creepy and crazy easy. Soften some cream cheese, shape into a body, cover with cocktail sauce and salad shrimp. Serve with crackers. Call it corpse with maggots or something similar.

How about a queso dip with red coloring in it and black/purple tortillas? Could call it creamed brain as its kinda thick.
    Happy Hauntings!
