Thread: How can I dress as a pregnant insane asylum patient??

Our party is next weekend and I have a patient gown that I want to wear as not much else will fit around my 7 month belly! The gown is very big so I am not sure what to do with it and I need ideas on how to look a bit more crazed - like one of the patients. Do I shred the gown and add blood and do dark make-up or is it creepier to be silly and do crazy colorful makeup and do a high pitched sweet voice?? And I am not sure how to incorporate the belly - I could just cover it under this giant smock but it would also be fun to have it be part of the theme. Please help with any ideas, I am at a loss for how to make this work!

I would do subtle with the face make up, more normal, but hollow out your cheeks, and prominent dark shadows under your eyes. Attach electrode pads to your temples, and belly. Walk around in slippers. But carry a prop knife, and speak in your high pitched sweet voice. When people ask what you are having you say, a boy and a girl! When they say "oh twins!" you tell them no, not twins... and walk away! lol

Nice Beebs...I love the part about the twins. I was thinking too that my husband is going to be a Dr. and I could just walk around and rub my belly and talk about how "great" the staff is here and they treat me very special! My friends will expect the creepy so I am really trying to play it up!

if you want to be even creepier have conversations with the non-twin like its the evil boss of you who makes you do all the crazy things.
