Caramel is my plan for this year. The chocolate went great last year but got a little pricey after buying all the stuff to eat it with. And since my very mean husband and new baby put me on a budget this year I decided on a caramel apple bar, this way I just buy the apples, chopped nuts, sprinkles and maybe some mini chocolate chips.

Awwww, mean hubby! Sounds good though.

I've done the chocolate fountain with Wilton's red chocolate coating (I get mine from Michael's), however you will need to add some vegetable oil (approx 1-2 tbsps). It really looks better than just the brown chocolate!
