This will be my first year to have TYF at the party. I plan on putting them in balloons maybe pinning them on a foam board . I just caan't decide where I should have the game be?? For the party people will be in and outside...we have a yard and we do beer pong under the carport since we can decorate in there too! Then inside i normally have the living room darker and creepy it's kinda our dance/ limbo area lol then we have the kitchen and dinning room they run together . So i'm just wondering if i should do it in the dark living room? or outside? i know it's simple but i need input from my halloweenies!

This is my first year playing TYF too. I am planning on playing ours in our dark living room. But maybe put it where you think the most people will be. If you think that most of the people will be outside watching/playing beer pong, then I would put it close to that area. good luck!!

I would do it in an area where the guests congregate, but it needs to be light so they can see... we've had the fates go bouncing all over the place when the balloon is popped and that would be a pain to search for, in addition to having to either flip on a light or walk away into a lighted area to READ the fate.
We use our living/dining (it's one BIG room) and have people also out on the back patio/deck, which is right off the dining room, so most all of the guests are pretty much in the same general area.
Tempt Your Fate has always been right at the front of our living room - as soon as you come in the door, you see Boris our mummy holding the balloons and the instructions are posted next to him on the wall. Generally, people will come tell us they are going to play (and I believe the instructions say to do this - haven't looked at it in a bit... so I can yell that XXX is TEMPTING THEIR FATE!!
)

Our front door is off to the right. Boris also has a necklace of twine (to better blend with the mummy's bandages) that is tied to a LARGE safety pin.Last edited by Frankie's Girl; 10-06-2011 at 10:34 AM.
