My invitation this year is a ransom note....

This is the backstory: My husband & myself are being held hostage and the guests (villains or heroes) must come to the hideout to rescue us.

This is what I have so far:

Come to our secret hideout -
We've made some special plans.

You're friends we've take hostage,
Their life is in your hands.


Be you Hero or be you Villain
To them it matters not.

Time is running out for them-
and ...??????.

It's the last (orange) lines that I don't like at all. I have changed it a billion times...Aaaagggggghhhhh!
Can anyone help me complete this?
