    Default Caramel Apple Recipe thats foolproof – 09-20-2011,05:27 AM


    Anyone have a recipe that works everytime? I have trouble with the caramel sliding off the apples. I have tried washing them in vinegar,chilling in the fridge etc. but they never seem to turn out. I have apples from the orchard this year and wanted to give it a try again. Im hoping since they arent covered in that waxy stuff on store bought apples that they will work this time. What am I doing wrong
