I've been trying to think of some less sinful eats for our party as we've got a couple of gym junkies coming to our party and want to give them someting to much on. I found this site and even though I won't be doing the raw food thing, it does have some interesting recipes, if only for ideas on how to create fun halloween food foods. There's a fair few posts in the October blog with ideas.

I've also seen these fruit monsters which are cute and would be great for a kids party IMO --
Anyone else have any fruit, salad or something similar recipes they can share?

Maybe include some mostly-protein options like chicken breast skewers with a peanut-satay style dipping sauce or mini meatloaf muffins. You can top the meatloaf muffins with a tomatoey-bbq style sauce to look like a bleeding cake....
