We are selling our house (Invitation ideas)

I am needing some creative minds for invitation wording for our Halloween party. I've looked through the Invites section but I am looking for something a lilttle different. We are selling our house (it's ON the market NOW) I'd love to incorporate the house selling on the invites. I've thought of something like were moving because its haunted but I'm not a poet so I'm having a hard time with unique wording ideas. Any suggestions.

Oh and my real estate agent gave me the go a head on decorating.

For years upon years, the ghosts have roamed,
haunting each hall, each room, and each wall,
Harmless, they thought with ignorance in mind,
One would think that these people were blind
Because secretly these ghosts had evil at hand
Who's to tell where there terrible schemes would land?
Now it's that time to pack up and go
For the (Insert last name) family is selling their home
But for one last night, join them for a night of fun
With the possibility that you just might scream and run
For these ghost thrive on the fear of the souls of the living,
Have a grand time, just watch your back-
Read the description and you'll know what to bring
Be careful however, because these ghosts may attack!

The end was kind of...blah but i was making it up as I went along :P haha. Then you would just list the who, what, when, where, and all that on the side or whatever.
