Thread: Adding a black jack table to this years annual halloween soiree!

We usually have a nice event for halloween with about 50 close friends and family attending in costume. It's catered and we hire a bartender and a DJ.


So this year I'm hiring a dealer and banking a black jack table for guests to play. I'm going to set it up next to the pool table in our living room.


Any thoughts on adding gambling to a halloween party?

We usually have a group that plays pokeer or black jack out on the screened porch as the evening wears on. I think I could really get my crew fired up to develop an entire theme around this. Hmmm.....

Only thing I could come up with is Mis-fortune...based on someone taking their last buck to win the fortune...then turns in to a total blood bath when he loses everything. Blood and Bodies everywhere...

Or make it looked like it was a closed down casino do to the Mis-fortune and everything can still look bloody just old. Old blood stains on all the cards...blood splatter stains on everything...instead of bloody bodies use skeletons in period clothing, cob webs, dust, etc.
