Your 2011 Halloween party date

Sometimes things get lost in deep threads, so I'll answer you here. We're torn because the 22nd is my birthday, so we decided to have 2 - one murder mystery party on my birthday with a Halloween theme and plain old mingler on the 29th with a walk-through and campfire/marshmallow roast for TOTs in the backyard on the 29th. You?

The 22nd.We normal have our party the weekend before halloween.But since last year it was around this time and the weather was so pretty we decided to change it.With well over 100 people we need the outdoor room.

I am having my party early this year - October 15th. Several reasons ... my parents love to come to my parties and they will be out-of-town after October 20th, husband is on call the next 2 weekends. So I had better get busy !!!

WOW! Over 100 people! Crazy! Would you say you get a better turn out having it a bit earlier too because of less competition with other parties?

We're having our family and kids party on Friday, the 28th and the adult party on the 29th. Then we get a night to recover before Halloween on Monday. I have an agreement with a friend, she gets the weekend before Halloween for her party.

22nd, Like to do the Saturday before every year - fits more peoples schedule, and usually we have had better weather! Plus I have 'Off' for Halloween!

Ours will be on the 29th
