A bakery in Japan makes cakes shaped like beetles and larvae.
The text is all in Japanese, but the pictures say everything (except how to do it yourself).

I think the Japanese make some awesome creations with food. Its a huge thing to make bentos (lunch boxes) with over the top themes and creations. Mostly everything is cutesy but man the imagination and culinary skills with working with simple ingredients astounds me.
