    Food ideas:
Meat (pork) turnovers, of course. That's basically what meat pies were. Make the crust heavier than usual and make them in muffin tins to look like little pies if you want.
It takes all kind of critters to make Farmer Vincent Fritters! Sorry, that's just an aside.
    Meathead.
Meatloaf in a hand or foot-shaped Jell-O mold. Do Meathead but on a Bucky, for a full-body experience.
Cut a giant Operation game from plywood. Seal it with plastic wrap. Put meats on the body, and fill the holes with dips and such: Adam's Apple -- spiced apples or applesauce. Frog in throat -- frog's legs or something that looks like tadpoles. Broken heart -- something in a heart-shaped mold. Liverwurst spread in a liver hole. Gummy worms with gummy wings (flattened gumdrops) in Butterflies in Stomach.Unless you want to go with Haggis!, Water on the Knee -- maybe seafood? Maybe something in a bucket or water bottle? Well, you get the idea.
Jello molds come in a variety of human organ shapes.
finger-shaped cookies or pigs in a blanket.
    Bloody Marys to drink.
    Decorations:
Barber poles and if you can borrow one, a barber's chair.
Make signs on the computer that say things relating to your theme.

Have you thought of checking out or joining Spooky Treats & Eats group? GiggleFairy has done an amazing job of putting together tons of creepy recipes with photos, and lots of members have helped too. You might find some impressive ideas there.

Another decorating idea, bur definitely out-of-the-box thinking, is The Apple Pie Alphabet. It shows a rather large pie, and though it is apple, if you can photoshop the first page from Apple to A Ate It, it could easily be a meat pie. See it here:

I don't understand photoshop. I would just save it in Paint and delete the words, LOL. I'm sticking this comment in in case you don't know either.

Found this while searching for something else entirely:
    Cannibal for a Day
Take a pair of toddler-sized, freshly laundered pants and roll up the cuffs a few times. Stuff the pants with wadded-up newspaper and place them in a sitting position on a large platter. Use a large, heavy can inside the waistband of the pants to keep them upright. Now place smoked turkey legs, cheese logs or summer sausages at the ends of the pant legs. Garnish the platter with lettuce leaves for a dainty touch. Now fill a medium-size bowl with dipping sauce or crackers and place it on top of the can. Use tape to secure the waistband around the edge of the bowl. Set the whole platter in the middle of the snack table and wait for the gasps!
I bet you could put new sneakers on the bottom, take one off to cut the ankle!
