so here it isi know i was wishy washy on some older posts and undecicive about what theme i was gonna go with this year. however after refiguring my budget i think ive decided to go with a broadway theme. the party will take place in three rooms the den, the living room, and the kitchen. the kitchen will be sweeney todd themed the den wicked themed and the living room will be phantom of the opera themed. any ideas on props would be greatly appreciated i think im gonna do a foam sculpture of the dragon from wicked lots of candles and probably a "fleet street" sign for sweeney todd but other than that im open for suggestions.

I do recall someone doing a Sweeney Todd setup a year or so ago... maybe do a search of this section (search button at the upper right) to see what pops up?

The one I had was very heavy and when moving it, if you tipped it some oil would spill out of it. There was an open reservour holding hydralic oil under the bottom of the main part of the chair.
A fairly stupid design, must have been designed by the guy that didn't have the walls in the compartments go all the way to the ceiling in the Titanic?

    For The Phantom room

I would do lots of fabric in rich colors draped. If possible a couple mannequins dressed in eccentric masquerade costumes like the stage show, or just masks every where. Or maybe just one mannequin dressed like the bride Christine.

Lots of candles and red roses.

A couple mysterious notes sitting around from the phantom, fake opera programs, and sheet music, an old looking poster for Hannibal framed maybe other Opera posters as well.

Joseph Buquet's body hanging from the punjab lasso

Maybe try to make Lot 665 the papier mache monkey music box.

Of all things I would have Lot 666 a chandelier in pieces, or hanging.

I grew up on the soundtrack and loving that show so much I know it by heart.
