Came across a documentary for the History Channel on the Philadelphia Experiment. Could our government have accidently stumbled upon a method of time travel?

I found this led to a another experiement called the Montauk Project. I have no idea if any of this is real but it's interesting to say the LEAST......really out there.

There was a movie back in the 80's about this. Starred Michael Pare. It was sensationalized, of course, but the idea was still so intriging.
