Nice, I was always wanting to believe in Bigfoot, but was on the fence. Recently there has been a lot of new evidence pointing towards it's existence. I've seen several shows that pretty much dub the Patterson film as authentic, after decades of ridicule. My fav was a Nat Geo show that clearly started out with a tongue in cheek approach to it, looking to debunk it. At the end of the show, after the analysis, all that they would say is that it definitely wasn't a man in a suit. Lol, it must have killed them to say that.

I always find cave paintings and the like hard to swallow because they also depicted images of things that were complete fantasy and legend. Like a man with wings and no head or something like that. I believe the majority of it is all story telling.
These things always bring to mind an Analogy I heard once. In 10,000 years Aliens land and uncover a picture of Elvis "Hmm" the one alien says, "Apparently this man was their KING"

No doubt, but sometimes there are some paintings that are so oddly detailed and out of place, that you have to throw them in as circumstantial evidence, not proof obviously, but something to add to the mystery. Like the cave paintings of flying saucers with portholes and landing gear flying above local prey species, it's gotta make you think if nothing else. But that's a different thread.

the Native people have known about this creature long before Europeans came to America. They believe they still live among the forests.
Eventhough I am Dead it is always warm inside my bed.

I'm not sure if it was bfro.net, I'll have to find the link again, but they say in about a month's time there will bea large public announcement/conference detailing DNA evidence of bigfoot which has been researched extensively by a well-known lab and several PhDs. I'm really curious...

I love Bigfoot. I love the Bigfoot concept. But I feel the lack of evidence over the last 40 years speaks volumes. I understand the world/USA is a large place but for somebody not to get real evidence (nice clear video-minutes long; physical DNA evidence that doesn't match other animals). Too many people do hoaxes for no reason. The news just reported the acid in the face girl just admitted to falsifying the story and putting the acid on herself. If only she had accused the Jersey Devil and not a black female....
And if I see one more TV show with a redneck "researcher" chasing odd yeti sounds and presenting pushed down plants as evidence for Bigfoot I will start my own paranormal research club. Pushed down grass is pushed down grass...I don't care how much of a professional you are, you can't say Bigfoot did it?!
Now there are theories of Bigfoot and UFO's being linked..only slightly more far fetched but atleast that would provide a reason for not being able to locate them.
