A friend of his that lives in Moldavias sent him this pic, he lives on the second floor. Tell me your opinion.







He told me that the pic was taken by his friend, and he was playing on his cell phone.

By the way, well I certainly can see a distinct face and upper body in the window. It appears to be outside looking in.

Sorry he messed up with the brightness and contrast a bit and came up with this:

This brings to mind the Ghost from "Three Men and a Baby" It was a cardboard cut out of Ted Danson that was behind a curtain.

To look at this, there IS something there. I would venture to guess that it is either Photoshopped in or again, a Picture of Cut out which was placed outside the window.
