I've been watching this guys videos for a while now. I'm not sure if he fakes this stuff but I'm wondering how he'd get the bottle to spin like that at the end of the youtube clip I posted..any idea's?

YouTube- Paranormal activity caught on video camera

If you check his channel he has quite a few of these video's. I'd be interested to see a proper investigation done.

I would think a good tug on the line attached to the bottle top would cause it to spin.

Now you mention it dur silly me, it could be done with fishing line

If a house had that much activity surely we'd have seen something about it in the media.

A lot of these so called "victims" are just seeking attention from an outside source. Which is quite sad for those who have to live daily with the stigma that has been placed on living with paranormal activity, soley because of all the hoaxes out there. When real victims emerge, most of the time they are ridiculed first, sympathized with later due to some pretty elaborate, but none the less fake cries for help that have come before them.

The popular claim among most youtube haunt victims is that they are too scared of being laughed at, which is interesting, as most of them would have nothing to be worried about if things were happening so regularly and they have such extensive footage to back it up! "Ohhhh, the ghosts wont perform on comand", well tough cookies, if you are living this way now, living with a live web cam or scientist certainly wouldnt impeed too much of the stuff you have to put up with daily. And if it stops for good, HOORAY!!! And if you use the defense, "Well, I dont want people infringing upon my personal life" then you must not really be in such dire need of help after all!

Wheh, sorry bout that, flew off the deep end there for a minute, but if you couldnt tell, hoaxes can tend to get me pretty t-ed off. To me it would be like someone coming forth with "scientific" proof that broccoli causes cancer, and then after being showered with attention, coming back out and saying, "Nah, I was just screwin' with ya', but didya see how easy it was to come up with fake science?"

Grrrr, but yes, this was most deffinitely faked if he has regular footage of this showing no clear patterns. Oh, and how convienient that everything would be happening at once, as if to say"Look, it's a ghost, seeeeeee seeeeeeeee, loook right here, lots of stuff is happening in one concentrated area while no one if here, he must be trying to tell us something rather than confront us directly!"

It was string attached to only one end of the bottle, then given a quick tug, followed by conncurrent tugs, which when applied sharply enough will spin the bottle
Lets see....Magic, miniature horses, penguins, lacrosse, volleyball, and Halloween
    .......what, you seem suprised?

These people who put these things together must really believe the world is chucked full idiots.

Everything in that video is Easily replicated!!!

Super fine monofilament line or even fine thread works for all this stuff.

I'm wondering how he'd get the bottle to spin like that at the end of the youtube clip

The cupboard door opening he could have used several things to get this done. A Push pull Solenoid or even a simple 300 to 400oz. to torque servo for the door opening and closing.
For the bottle flying out = fine line. (LOL - It's always funny when these idiots show these things flying out or off of something, people think just because they've seen it in the movies for the past 50 years, then thats the way it really is, give me a break!!! )
The easiest way to do the spinning bottle is to simply place a magnet or you could even use a piece of flat metal inside the bottle and then someone under the floorboards doing the manipulation of the bottle with another magnet. It's not like it requires a large magnet to make the connection through the wood and tile in order to make the bottle spin and move. A medium strength horseshoe magnet or the equivalent would do the job nicely. Notice how the bottle pushes the carpet up !!! Pretty attached to the floor isn't it? Did you hear the beeps in the background? Thats the video being shut off and turned on, while they set it for the next shot!!! It's a dead givaway!!!

I can't stand people who try to pass this stuff off as a "Haunting", But it is entertaining !!!

It's videos like these that make skeptics and fence-sitters question the credibility of authentic paranormal research.

If anybody makes comments about his faked videos on youtube he blocks and removes them. When people point out things in his videos that show he's a fake he then edits the videos lol

Youtube is full of hoaxes, I like this guys video.
