This guy Podesta was originally hired by the Bill Clinton Administration to oversee the "Disclosure" that the US Government has been secretly working with Extra Terrestrials since 1947. But then the Monica Lowinski thing hit. Bush had 9/11, so the program couldn't be implemented then either. Obama may be the President to take the lid off. The Vatican has hinted that Aliens may exst and apparently China has told the States, "If you don't uncover this, we will".

What I find really interesting; really, nobody would be all that shocked....
