Ooh nifty thread!

When I was little I was really into Bigfoot. I think it was the episode of The Bionic Woman that did it for me.

Of course when I was six years old I got in big trouble for convincing the Brownie troop leader's daughter that Bigfoot was in the woods outside our camp. We were camping in a park. Poor kid was gullible, and I apparently had no conscience at the time.

I do now, I wonder how that happened?

Here's a nifty little story about Florida's own Skunk Ape - the south's version of the Bigfoot.

Anyone out there have any feelings about the Bigfoot/Yeti/Sasquatch legend?

Oh, I do think that Bigfoot could be a real creature. What it could be, I have no idea...

And I love a good Bigfoot movie, too! Creature from Black Lake is my fave, Legend of Boggy Creek also is a lot of fun.

Oh! Oh! Oh! I have a picture of Bigfoot. Really. The Northwest is infested with them you know. I'll have OEJ find it and post it.

Here him is!

To give an idea how tall this guy is, I'm 5' 4 1/2" He is made entirely of ash from the Mt. St. Helens eruption. As you can tell, I was very happy to see him! I loves Bigfoot!
