It looks like a bear...if anything at all.
Not quite in the same league as the Patterson footage or Jacobs photographs.

Why is it the other 'reference' photos are nice and clear, but the bigfoot has motion blur, supposedly from a stationary camera...
The more I look at that, the more I think it's just how the shadows are falling on that tree behind the one in the foreground.

Sasquatch is the biggest (no pun intended) myth in the Pacific North-West and we in Washington State hear a lot of stories.

This is a good thread. Sasquatch stories interest me.

Doesn't look like a Black Bear to me..The shoulders appear too broad, there doesn't appear to be a discernible neck, and the forelimbs look to be too long and powerful for a bear.
I'm not sure what it is, but there's certainly something there that doesn't appear to be a regular animal.
Of course, an out and out hoax is always a possibility...

I'm not sure if it can be easily dismissed as a "myth".
There seems to be a fair bit of convincing (albeit not conclusive) physical evidence for the existence of these creatures. Footprints that show distinct dermal ridges that would have been impossible to fake and one or two hair samples that have proven "inconclusive" after DNA testing but show certain characteristics of primate hair...the Jacobs photographs and the Patterson footage have both been studied extensively and have proven difficult to dismiss.
I believe that of all paranormal and cryptozoological mysteries, the Sasquatch is the one that holds the most weight in favour of it's existence.
