Another question for Haunted Hacienda, any suggestions on clearing the channel to be more tuned into the other side. I used to see spirits when I was little but the family around me didn't support it and I repressed it. I still hear spirit and have given messages but it's not a lot of the time and I was just wondering how you developed you abilities other than you had it as a child and it was supported. Thanks.

I am 15th Gr. Granddaughter of Elder Leader Powhatan (My 14th Gr. Aunt is Pocahontas, my 14th Gr. Grandmother, is her Sister, Nicketti), Niece to Elder Leader Dragging Canoe and Cousin to Elder Leader Rain Crow.
Honestly, I am Not sure how to explain what I do or how I do it.
I only know what works for me.
For me, I simply go deep inside of myself, closing out everyone else, focusing only on my breathing and on opening my 3rd eye. I ask that only those from Spirit come Forward to communicate.
I ask that those from Spirit either say something to me, touch me on my head, neck,shoulders, arms or hands, or otherwise, if they so wish, to appear in Photos that I take.
This will be different for everyone. No one method works for every person.
I have Always been open to Spirit, from my earliest memory.
For the Record, what I do has Never Fully been accepted by my family.
I often got Laughed at when I tried to tell them, so I learned to hide and deny my Abilities.
It finally intensified so much at age 21, that I could not deny or hide it anymore. I saught help to deal with it all.
I have had some amazing Mentors over the years.
It is only in the last couple of months, that my Family has come around and learned to accept it.
I had to show them my Certificates from my Wall, in order to get them to understand that this is Real.
Taking On Line Courses or some kind of Classes, is Never a bad idea, no matter what others tell you. It may cost some, but also it may be the best money you can spend.
I also told them that my Maternal Grandfather's Spirit Haunts the Family Home in CA and I told them how to handle it. That maybe he will communicate more with them from Spirit.
Being of Shamanic Lineage, it has Always been easy for me to Communicate with Spirit.
On the down side of this, it has earned me some Crazed, Obsessed Fans, that have specialized in Stalking and Terrorizing my Family and I for the last 8 years.
I am going through Court Proceedings to help deal with and alleviate it.
My Abilities closed down recently and has taken a toll on my physical health, due to the stresses I have encountered over the last 7 months. It is taking a lot more time for my Abilities to come back at this point.
My Ancestors have stood by me through everything, thick and thin and have been my most wonderful teachers.

Yellow Moon, can I ask how you went about confirming the vague clairvoyance of HauntedHacienda? I am guess you met with childofthenight and check the property out?

Haunted, what method did you use to get such a detailed history of your family? I've always found Native American heritage to be incredibly difficult to trace because of hazy Native American Census records and questionable oral traditions. To go all the way back to the 16th century your family must have a researcher who worked tirelessly for decades.
