Kids that were out after curfew. It was said that she liked annoying, fat, and bad kids, and that she hated them. She was said to search for kids and make soap until herknapsack was full, and by day, sell it to unaware parents. There are also certain areas where she was said to live, and other areas surrounding the legend.
