Thread: Halloween party trip hosted in haunted historic towns/places

Hi All,

I've been doing the house party thing for several years and I'm starting to get a vibe to do a party in a venue other than my home. I think it would be fun to find a venue that is historically rich and or haunted that would add nice ambiance to a fall gathering. I'm kinda over the whole "invent" halloween thing and invite people over who aren't really all that into it because "it' s your house again". I'm thinking I might look into seeing if there are any gothic old spaces that would let people rent out space for a party or just asking if they would host a big Halloween party there. I guess I'm tired of house parties. I would love to find a place that would throw the party and host it and also offer history and ghost hunting at the same place. Anyone have any leads in PA. I'll add that to my bucket list, if not this halloween, one year soon. Or maybe organize a Halloween haunted ghost tour open house so adults can feel like they are trick or treating from home to home but instead are invited in and party and hear haunting stories then on to the next house. I wish my neighborhood was into it. Anyone else done anything like this? Would love to hear your stories.

i think its a cool idea to do. Having the Party at your house can get boring, even though you do something different every year. GOOD LUCK!
